P90X Workout: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X

As you can tell, there was some leftover food from the last supper. Certainly not the best way to start P90X Classic off, but I have this thing about not wasting food. I think my Mom instilled that in me. I did eat clean throughout the rest of the day.
This is also day 1 of no smoking or drinking either. No cravings or anything like. They don’t usually kick in until the weekend either. Anthony and I have planned on doing goal setting workshops on Fridays instead of getting together for happy hour. If I pull the next 90 days off without drinking or smoking, it will be the longest I have abstained from these vices since… man… like high school.
Chest & back and Ab Ripper X is the first routine on P90X Classic. It had been about 3 weeks since I last completed the Ab Ripper X routine from P90X lean. I can never seem to complete this routine without taking breaks. Day 1 complete.
My P90X Diet
- Breakfast: 3 hard shell tacos
- Lunch: 4 hard shell tacos
- Snacks: 1 banana, blueberries, strawberries, Celery, watermelon, carrots, raspberries, cabbage and shrimp
- Dinner: Post workout Muscle Milk protein shake
