My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: Muscle Milk, banana, coffee
  • Meal 2: celery, blueberries, strawberries, banana
  • Meal 3: carrots, apple
  • Meal 4: foot-long tuna sub from Subway (wheat bread, no cheese, all veggies)
  • Meal 5: peanut butter on whole wheat bread
  • Meal 6: Muscle Milk
