My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: 2 scrambled eggs, peanuts, grapes, whole wheat toast, coffee, banana
  • Meal 2: Italian tuna pasta, watermelon
  • Meal 3: blueberries, strawberries
  • Meal 4: grilled chicken breast
  • Meal 5: watermelon, Italian tuna pasta, grapes, whole wheat chicken noodle soup
  • Meal 6: watermelon, spinach salad with no dressing, whole wheat toast
