My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: Egg Scrambler (eggs, spinach, tomato, feta cheese, basil), 2 whole wheat toast,
  • Meal 2: celery, carrots, grapes, banana
  • Meal 3: pho noodles, 2 egg rolls
  • Meal 4: watermelon, carrots
  • Meal 5: Italian tuna pasta (whole wheat noodles, tuna, pasta sauce)
  • Meal 6: Muscle Milk
  • Meal 7: grapes, blueberries, strawberries, tuna salad
