My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: Egg Scrambler (egg, spinach, chicken, onion) banana, grapes, wheat pita, coffee
  • Meal 2: peanuts, peanut butter on whole wheat toast
  • Meal 3: watermelon, strawberries, blueberries
  • Meal 4: tuna fish in wheat pita
  • Meal 5: avocado and tuna
  • Meal 6: whole wheat noodles, salmon, vegetable soup
