P90X Classic Day 15

P90X Workout: Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X

I felt strong today. I’ve been able to increase my reps consistently up to now. I still can’t complete Ab Ripper X without taking breaks. However, after I get past crunchy frog, the rest of the moves feel more comfortable. Bicycles don’t seem to strain my abs as much as they do my quads. I am now able to modify a few moves for more intensity.

  • Hands up during in and outs
  • Legs actually crossed during crossed Leg/Wide leg sit-ups

My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: grapes, Italian tuna pasta (whole wheat pasta, organic pasta sauce, tuna), banana
  • Meal 2: banana, carrots, celery
  • Meal 3: brown rice, grilled chicken breast, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries
  • Meal 4: grilled chicken breast, spinach cakes (spinach, ricotta cheese, egg)
