P90X Classic Day 16

P90X Workout: Plyometrics

Workout completed. I was able to keep up without having to take additional breaks. However I did modify a few moves to keep from completely gassing out. For me, the jump knee tucks are the most challenging of the Plyometric moves.

My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: baked beans, old fashion oatmeal, Muscle Milk, black coffee
  • Meal 2: apple, carrots, celery
  • Meal 3: spinach salad, broccoli, chic peas, brown rice soup
  • Meal 4: baked beans, grilled chicken breast, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
  • Meal 5: tofu and spinach lasagna (whole wheat pasta noodles, organic pasta sauce, skim parmesan cheese, tofu, spinach)
