P90X Workout: Shoulders & Arms, AB Ripper X

Tony Horton would be pissed if he found out I ate fried chicken wings and waffle fries. I tell you what though, they were friggin awesome.

My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: Muscle Milk, grilled chicken breast, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, blueberries and strawberries
  • Meal 2: blueberries, strawberries, blackberries
  • Meal 3: grilled chicken breast, 1 whole wheat pita,
  • Meal 4: whole wheat tofu lasagna
  • Meal 5: 6 chicken wings from wing-stop, waffle fries from chick-fila,
