P90X Classic Day 19

P90X Workout: Legs and Back, AB Ripper X

I was never great at doing pull-ups but managed to increase 1 rep for each exercise from last week. I guess there is something to writing down what you have done and expanding on it.

My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: 4 scrambled eggs, 1 banana, grapes
  • Meal 2: monster energy drink (sugar free), power bar (harvest), power bar (energy), carrots
  • Meal 3: spinach salad, baked fish, egg plant, potato, humus, mushrooms (Fadi’s Mediterranean)
  • Meal 4: spinach soup, wheat crackers
