My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: banana, egg scrambler (eggs, potato, tomato, onion, spinach), grapes, coffee
  • Meal 2: Muscle Milk
  • Meal 3: egg rolls, spinach salad, apple, chicken fajita meat
  • Meal 4: spinach pizza (whole wheat crust, spinach, tomato, onion, part skim mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni)
