P90X Classic Day 24

P90X Workout: Kenpo X

My body felt extremely tired by the time I got home. I don’t think I had enough sleep the night before. I was going to take a quick nap but that turned into a pretty deep sleep. Needless to say, I didn’t get the workout done. Since, it’s rest week, I have an extra day to rest. Tomorrow is a scheduled rest day so I will do Kenpo X then.

My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, egg scrambler (egg, potato, spinach), cup of coffee
  • Meal 2: watermelon, cup of coffee
  • Meal 3: grilled chicken breast and brown rice
  • Meal 4: turkey sausage, banana, Thai noodles
  • Meal 5: corned beef, potatoes, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast, pork chop
