P90X Workout: Rest
If you tuned in yesterday, my body felt beat down and I fell into a mysterious deep sleep and failed to do Kenpo X. Today however, I felt a steady stream of energy. I’ll have to take a closer look at what I ate. Or maybe it was just the sleep from the night before. I wanted to make sure I didn’t gas out for whatever reason today for Kenpo X, so I had a couple of power bars and a sugar free monster energy drink. I felt great today. I actually yelled during the double time moves. I used to feel silly doing it but for some reason now, it seems to boost my intensity. Haiiiiyahh!!
My P90X Diet
- Meal 1: two pieces of whole wheat toast, egg scrambler (egg, spinach, potato), coffee
- Meal 2: watermelon, coffee
- Meal 3: 2 grilled chicken breast and brown rice
- Meal 4: harvest power bar, performance power bar, sugar free monster energy drink
- Meal 5: two pieces of whole wheat toast, egg scrambler (egg, spinach, potato)
