Shoulders and Arms wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. At the end of P90X Classic, I was using 25 lb dumbbells. I thought perhaps after the two week lay off I wasn’t going to be able to pick up where I left off. I did. During P90X Classic, I could only do 20lb weights during static arm curls. I did 25lbs this time around! I’m sticking to 8-10 reps with most exercises since I have increased my weight. Looks like I will be needing some heavier weights soon. My performance during Ab Ripper X was much better than my last attempt. Perhaps that’s that “muscle memory” I’ve heard about before. Still sore from Chest and Back from Monday.
