P90X Classic Day 4

P90X Workout: Yoga X

  • Equipment Used: yoga mat, yoga block (optional)

Yoga X is my favorite. In P90X Lean, this was the most difficult workout for me by far. It is still challenging for me but time seems to go quicker now. I was able to do wheel instead of bridge this time. Also, I was able to do crane for about 3 seconds. There is definitely progress taking place.

My P90X Diet

  • Breakfast: peanut butter sandwich on wheat toast, coffee
  • Snack: Carrots, celery, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon
  • Lunch: Thai Noodles and Crab Egg Rolls (Noodles Avenue)
  • Snack: Banana
  • Meal: Muscle Milk
