P90X Workout: Legs and Back, Ab Ripper X
- Equipment Used: dumbbells, chin-up bar
Lunch today was not the healthiest. Typically, I would stay away from foods that have heavy breading or batter like the tempura shrimp. This was a business lunch with a client of mine and she chose the location. There may have been healthier choices on the menu, but I went with the Bento Box anyway. Mixing the P90X exercise program with my business life was also a challenge I faced with the P90X Lean Routine. In my line of work, taking clients and candidates out for happy hour is a normal practice.
I was feeling flu like symptoms before lunch but I decided to just tough it out. Sure enough after lunch I started running a fever. I was driving with the windows up and the air-conditioning off to compensate for the cold chills I was experiencing. Mind you it was around 90 something degrees out here in Dallas. I got home, took two Tylenols, passed out and indecently missed my 4:00 PM conference call. I did not get to the work out.
