P90X Classic Day 8

P90X Workout: Chest & Back, Ab Ripper X

  • Equipment: pull up bar, dumbbells

After spending time with the family on Sunday, it becomes very tempting to want to relax on my second Monday. However, after one week of P90X Classic, it’s beginning to feel a bit more like a routine.  I tried to take less breaks than last week and succeeded in taking on more reps.

My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: whole wheat noodles with shrimp and vegetables
  • Meal 2: carrots, celery, watermelon
  • Meal 3: grilled chicken breast, brown rice
  • Meal 4: foot-long tuna sub from subway (wheat bread, no cheese, all veggies)
  • Meal 5: Muscle Milk
