My P90X Diet

  • Meal 1: old fashion oatmeal (no sugar), banana, wheat crackers, Muscle Milk
  • Meal 2: strawberries, blue berries, apple
  • Meal 3: foot-long tuna sub from Subway (wheat bread, no cheese, all veggies),
  • Meal 4: peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bagel, peanuts
