P90X Doubles Day 12

Well, life happened again and I did not get to P90X Shoulders & Arms last night. Spent the night at my girlfriend’s house and had to get some sleep for an early meeting at a client site. Looks like I’m going to have to double up on the workouts today. Perhaps I could have planned this better? Either way, no excuses…going to have to buckle down. Then again, pulling these “double” workouts, might be good practice for phase 2 and 3’s required 2 a day workouts.

Hmmm.. let’s plan… I do have a Toastmasters event from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM to go to tonight.. gotta work on that public speaking! It’s important for my field of work. Then I have a late happy hour scheduled with a potential candidate after that. I don’t know about you but I can’t workout with a buzz. Might be fun? Stay tuned!
