Day 2 complete. Man am I still sore from P90X Chest & Back. My abdominals not so much, but my chest and back yes very much so. It’s amazing what happens to your body if you are not consistent with your workouts. I almost quit yesterday doing Plyometrics! I was winded halfway through the workout and felt a bit mentally weak. I know it sounds cheesy but I remembered a Vince Lombardi quote, “The only time success comes before work is in the dictionary.” I persevered and was able to complete the workout. Shoulders & Arms and Ab Ripper X tonight. Wohoo! Trying to pace myself for the onslaught that is Phase 2 and 3 of P90X Doubles.
