P90X Doubles Update 12-06-2009 End of Phase 1

P90X Doubles Phase 1 complete! I have a copy of the Double P90X calendar that I carry around in my daily planner (yes, I have one of these…I’m anal like that). I know it sounds funny but one of the joys I have in my day is highlighting the completed workouts on the calendar. Seeing all of phase one highlighted on my P90X Double calendar brings me joy. It gives me a sense of accomplishment and helps me visualize where I am in my 270 day journey of completing P90X Lean, P90X Classic and P90X Doubles. In the “How to bring it” video of P90X, Tony said to e-mail him if you are crazy enough to complete all three routines. I think I’ll do this! Tomorrow starts the first day of actual Double workouts. I’m pumped and motivated to do this!
