P90X 3 Doubles Day 21 – Rest or Dynamix

Today, I’ve chosen to rest. For me, it’s important to not just take a physical break from working out, but a mental break as well.

With the P90X Doubles Block 1 transition week taking place next, I figured now would be a good time to provide a few photo updates.
