P90X 3 Doubles Day 22 – Isometrix

Today is the first day of the transition week for block 1 of P90x3 Doubles. Isometrix is like Yoga without the in between flow moves.

It’s challenging and really helps you find out where your imbalances are. In this video, I demonstrate some of the defining moves in Isometrix.
