P90X3 Doubles Day 23 – Dynamix

Today is the 2nd day of the transition week of P90X3 Doubles Block 1.

I’m feeling good and seem to be making some measurable results. Starting to get my abs back again which is cool.

Pretty excited about Block 2 of P90X3 Doubles because of the increased back to back resistance routines. My body

seems to respond better to resistance type workouts.
