P90X Doubles Update 12-19-2009

I was totally not into the workouts yesterday. I had an awesome day the day before and a pretty crappy one yesterday. I struggled through Cardio X which is the easiest of all the routines. Perhaps I didn’t eat enough food. I know the importance of finishing something that start so I was just running on heart yesterday. Its these days the are the hardest for me. When my body feels tired and my mind feels mentally drained. Again, I know the importance of finishing something I started. Despite my crappy performace during Cardio X, Back & Biceps and Ab Ripper X I was able to finish it. “The only time success comes before work is in the dictionary.” – Vince Lombardi
