P90X Weight Vest Hack

ZFO Weight Vest

ZFO Weight Vest

Adding a weight vest increases your core weight forcing you to work harder and burn more calories. You can adjust the resistance on most weight vests to suit your fitness level. The weight is attached to your torso which allows for mobility.

This mobility allowed me to incorporate the weight west in every routine except for Ab Ripper X. The weight vest does not work well for exercises that require you to lie on your back (AB ripper x, Banana Rolls etc..).
