Before P90X3, I’ve never done a Pilates workout. And today, I still suck at it.

BUT, I can definitely see the benefits of doing it. It helps your core, flexibility and a lot of those

in between muscles that most people have a tendency to ignore. In this video, I demonstrate a few key moves in
