Today’s P90X3 Doubles workout is X3 Yoga. Today is the final workout day before P90X3
Doubles Block 2 begins. This transition week has served me pretty well from a recovery
standpoint. I feel like I am beginning to experience a level of mastery over X3 Yoga.
This might mean that I need to incorporate a more intense version of Yoga in future
schedules. But I’m pretty excited to take on Block 2 of P90X3 Doubles because of the
increased emphasis of resistance routines.
