It’s been a little over a week since I threw my back out during a crouching cohen curl. I appreciate very much the the responses and encouragement I received. I have decided to get through a rest week this week before I continue the P90X Classic Schedule. I’m not interested in re-injuring by back any time soon. Not being able to get around on my own sucked pretty bad. I was able to do Kenpo X over the weekend with no major difficulty so I am optimistic about moving forward. The rest period did give me a few good ideas to blog about though.
