Phase 3 of P90X Doubles is getting a lot tougher than what I thought it was going to be. You would think Phase 2 with 3 two a day workouts would prep you for phase 3 of P90X Doubles. It’s wearing on me mentally and physically. Perhaps I’m just bitching but it’s starting to get difficult and I am falling behind on the P90X Doubles schedule. I never fell behind schedule during P90X Lean or P90X Classic. My schedule yesterday…
4:00 AM: Wake Up
4:30 AM: Cardio X
5:30 AM: Shower and get ready for work
6:30 AM: Leave for work
7:00 AM – 6:00 PM: Work
7:00 PM Arrive home and eat dinner
8:00 PM 2nd workout (Yesterday was chest shoulders and Triceps and Ab Ripper X)
9:00 PM Shower and go to bed
I’m glad that I ordered the P90X Recovery drink because I do feel that my muscles are recovering more quickly. However, P90X Doubles is becoming draining and all of a sudden a bit repetitive for me. I never thought I would say that. I have 4 more weeks of this madness.
