P90X Doubles Update 11-20-2009

This has been a relatively bad week for P90X! It’s now Friday and I am behind on Shoulders & Arms, Yoga X and Legs and Back. I did end up attending the Toastmasters (which was really cool) and having a late happy hour. A happy night if you will. Not only did I miss a workout but I drank heavily and pigged out on some Taco Bell. A grande meal with a Mexican Pizza upgrade to be exact. I told you that I have a fat boy inside me just waiting to get out! Tonight, there are more extracurricular activities that may prevent me from catching up. A birthday party…drinks afterward….what can I learn from this? PLAN BETTER!
