P90X Doubles Update 11-22-2009

Ok…I’m a bit off track and did a couple of workouts out of order, but overall came back pretty strong. I knocked out Shoulders & Arms, Ab Ripper X and Kenpo X yesterday. I feel fine considering I was able to up my rep count by one for reach exercise of Shoulders & Arms from last week. Kenpo X was fun as usual. As a matter of fact, I feel that I am able to push harder now during the double intensity reps at the end of some of the moves. During vertical punches, I was able to get through the 100 reps, the bonus and even did 10 additional to fully exhaust my body. I feel like my body is beginning to adapt to the workouts once again. Not looking forward to doing Yoga X followed by Legs & Back tonight… going to have to in order to stay on track.
