P90X Doubles Update 11-25-2009

Still playing catch up! I don’t think I have ever been this behind on P90X Lean or P90X Classic. I was able to knock out Yoga X last night. When I first got into P90X, I remember telling people, “If you can do Yoga X, man you are really fit!” Mind you, this was over 7 months ago when I really struggled to get through the first half of Yoga X. It was such a relief to get passed the moving postures and into the balance postures. I still feel the burn don’t get me wrong; but I don’t ever feel like quitting during the routine. I think I have been taking my newly found fitness level a bit for granted. I still have to complete Legs & Back, Chest & Back, Plyometrics and Shoulders & Arms to get back on track. Here we go!
