P90X Doubles Update 11-30-2009

I did it! I’m caught up! I was successful in doing a full week’s worth of P90X workouts into 3 days! Ah yes. The feeling of success and achievement is a great thing. Things seem to happen for a reason…after going through this cramming process, I feel much more confident on taking on the actual double workouts for phase 2 and 3. Fittingly, this is rest week and I will have mainly lower impact and resistance workouts. Plus an extra rest day. Now, if I can just control my eating better…
