P90X Doubles Update 12-08-2009

Plyometrics completed. Doing these workouts so many times, more specifically watching and listening to Tony’s voice everyday, I find myself repeating what he says and sometimes before he even says it. It seems to help motivate me when I start yelling and grunting during the tough parts of the workout. Is that funny? I guess it helps me take my mind off the pain I am going through during each individual move. I also heard somewhere that it is a form of breathing that could actually help you out by pumping more oxygen through your body. Especially during Kenpo X, I find myself making “hiiya” noises during punch and kick combinations. Plyo was good today. It didn’t break me.
