P90X Doubles Update 12-7-2009

Day one of  Phase 2 of P90X Doubles is complete! Today was the first day of doing actual double workouts according the P90X Doubles Calendar. I am happy to say that it really was not all that bad. I guess falling behind on phase 1 was beneficial by allowing me to practice doubling up on workouts. The P90X Doubles calendar suggest the first workout (Cardio X) be done in the morning and the second workout done at night. I went straight through it back to back. I felt really good today. Sometimes I take for granted the improvements I have made over this whole process. During P90X lean, I could even fathom the thought of doing two P90X workouts in one day. Today, I just blasted through Cardio X, Chest, Shoulders & Triceps and Ab Ripper X back to back. I didn’t feel exhausted either. Tomorrow, I have Plyometrics!
