P90X Doubles Is Kicking My Butt

I love this quote. This reminds me that failure is ok just as long as you get back up and try again. If you get up more times that you fall down, you always win right? Only you can control how many times you get back up. Part of succeeding is experiencing failure and still choosing to persevere. I’ve also heard that champions learn the most from their losses and not their wins. This is all leading up to something right? Well…P90X Doubles broke me. I’m taking a week off because I have half assed the entire phase 3 of P90X Doubles. I started becoming “ok” with skipping workouts. I plan on taking a full week off to allow my body to recover and I will be starting phase 3 of P90X Doubles over again. I wanted to thank everyone for their positive messages and encouragement.
