    Hi Lorrie,

    Are you weighing yourself at the same time of day? Perhaps body fat could be a better measure for you considering hydration levels fluctuate frequently. How do your clothes fit? If you are following the diet plan and doing the workouts as directed, you are creating a calorie deficit (burning off more calories than taking in) therefore fat loss is very likely. Keep tracking your results through phase one; I hope you decide to stick with it. Let me know if you have any other questions.
