When you sign up for a FREE Team Beachbody membership or a paid Club Team Beachbody membership ($2.99/week), you get access to a number of different online tools, including their fitness and workout calendars.  This tool allows you to do more than just log your workouts and progress through P90X. Calendars offered through the Team Beachbody website were designed to complement all 27 Beachbody workout systems, such as Power 90, P90X, 10 Minute Trainer, ChaLEAN Extreme, and Insanity to name a few.  For those of you that have already scribbled through all of your P90X calendar, the Fitness Tracker makes a great and free alternative.

Additionally, the fitness tracker calendar allows you to connect with other members engaged in similar workouts, while allowing you to track the number of minutes spent on each one of your workout.

My Own P90X Calendar

The following will track my progress through the P90X Calendar shown below, which is divided by one of the three different P90X variations.

One of my biggest complaints while looking at other blogs is their lack of organization in both tracking and displaying their results. P90X is about organization, following a proper set of steps in a designated order in order to achieve maximum results. These are some of the guiding principles behind this blog.
